the âwo/menâ of god, [on whose behalf they purport to receive the offerings] donât seem to know/or mind that fact
Nabii is in shambles because he is a useless leader
Some people misunderstand the meaning of offering, because they also misunderstand the nature of God. God has no need of anything, because He owns everythingâthat includes us. In truth, man can give God nothing, only honour.
Although we say we give to God, the truth is that we give to other people (those who are His servants), so that they can have the resources, not to buy a V8 guzzler or to brag, but to do goodâfeed, clothe and educate the poor. In this way, people find peace in knowing that there is some kindness in this life, and that is how God manifests Himself, through people. That is the duty of every man or woman of God, to comfort the afflicted.
(40 âThe King will reply, âTruly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.â
âMatt.25:40)
But you cannot steal from one part of the population to give another for self fulfillment, and expect that to be counted as good, or godly. The ignoble motive behind the offering distills a poison (mistrust) into it, so it becomes a curse (itâs rejected, and you get shamed) instead of a blessing.
