Yesterday i yelled at my boss

Bad advice Ndugu. A tyrant-boss will not forget if the attck was as bold as described above. He would pretend to forgive and wait until @MUTHEE MUCHATHA is settled and humming along, feeling alpha, the drop a bomb on him.

The burden of understanding should be shifted to the boss otherwise it is not good to work in a toxic atmosphere with unresolved issues hanging in the air.

Nitanunua ndazi na chai na hiyo info.

A tyrant is not going to change just because you come on Monday with meekness. Hiyo burden wengine hawatambui. Haven’t you seen bosses who effortlessly put a company in a costly legal process because he just decided that he didn’t like a particular person?

wacha akose kutambua when the OP has made the effort. At least they will know where they stand and therefore know how to behave with each other in future. i would hate to be pussyfooting in the office daily because i don’t know what the boss thinks about me. in any case the boss will also have had a weekend to think things over and there is a 50 50 chance they will have a good laugh about the incident and start building stronger bonds…in management class i learnt that some level of conflict is good for bringing underlying issues out…

ghai fafa!
