Kenya should market family planning and protect agricultural land extensively irrigate arid areas. Hizi ndio policies agriculture minister anafaa kuimplement but ako nairobi chasing skirts and rolex watches.

In Kenya ukibuy ni ivo. In Sodom, property tax lazima.

Upus analysis. Depends on location.

No matter how anyone dices it, land in Kenya is stupidly expensive. Multilateral lenders don’t even pay for land any more because it inflates project costs to ridiculous levels.
Hii Kenya, unless a sane land policy is enforced, kuna shida itatokezea.

Similar arable land in kenya is more expensive despite kenya’s poor economy and significantly lower incomes.

Everything in Kenya is expensive. Apart from taxes, kila mtu anataka kutoanisha mwengine. For example, you find someone selling a 1968 junk at Ksh1.8M and labeling it as ‘Vintage classic, Collectors dream’ na ni Ford Cortina ingine imechoka its held together with strings and glue. Same goes for everything else, including fat, shapeless single mothers and overused prostitutes.

taxes on farmland are low, plus, farmers gets lots of tax breaks and subsidies.

Murica ni mbali, compare land prices with our Neighbors, UG, TZ, Zambia, Malawi… and you will find that we are insanely expensive.

Middle class are scammed into buying expensive lands, wanashindwa kuinvest on it so na wao inabidi wauze tena expensive. And the cycle repeats itself. Unapata mtu amebuy land sahzi then keeps it idle for 10 years auze expensive pia yeye.
