There is a new breed of tiktokers who are exposing how these corporates especially banks ni kama tu uko jela.
Meetings zinaanza 7am, so mlango inafungwa 6:50 am. Then Milango zikifungwa 4pm thats when you start processing whatever work you have and reporting your figures. By the time you are done its already 7pm. We are talking here you are working 12 hours a day. Sato ati half day? wao hutoka almost 4pm.
