Hii phrase “Someone is always watching,” kwa job how true is it. Should anyone worry hii shughuli ya kujitoa during working hours. Veterans wa corporates.
Mbona ujitoe before time??? do you love what your doing??? or you were forced to do that job, as an elder you dont even need a supervisor, run the job like it was your own company or just quit n do something else, tabia ya kuhepa job ni utoto ya primary, ukihepa ensure you are going to do something worthy

It just means that in any office, there’s someone who is trying to get your job since they imagine you make a lot of money. The easiest way of course is to report to mdosi that you have other hustles, working with competitors etc. Since you can’t help gossipy behaviour and low IQ moves, simply work a job that is very difficult or very hard to find a replacement. If you do it right, you can get away with anything.

I have been a truant since my time in school..i migrated with the same habit at my workplace..sema kuhepa kila Friday…mgt noticed and as any caring corporate employer would do they sought to find out if i had any personal or domestic issues(ofcourse i said YES)…they offered me flexi hours..naingia 7am natoka 2pm…atleast hiyo ni kutoka mapema with permission…my advise omba tu ruhusa…otherwise my employer waliextract cctv cameras showing me leave sometime even before 2pm..someone is always watching you!!
