3)so somalia became a country with no clearly claimed territory or who is a citizen.it was left almost open to any somali anywhere or somalilands as somalia.i believe this are the roots of confusion.It doesnt get any better if you investigate their origins,they are confused or biased to justify a lineage favorable to islam.
4)with state collapse in somalia and a porous kenya somalia border,cartels using somalia ports thrived.some of the goods like sugar are below standards,electronics too.
5)so kenya decided to address the problems by sending kdf to somalia.now we have FGS.The constitution and various laws like on citizenship are being developed.Kenya also sort help from other partners.Thats why the fully funded isiolo mandera road(horn gateway project) is important.It will include border posts and act as an economic corridor.it is meant to help curb insecurity and smuggling.
it is not happening in isolation,another road,kismayu mandera is planned.then kdf have created dhobley as a base,maybe it will eventually act as a border control town.

6)so how much can ethnic group take over kenya to answer op?unlike before 2010 constitution,it can only happen if you overthrow the constituion.so legally its a no.economically,with a functional somalia,its a no considering taxes and controlled borders and ports.Socially?i think somali community is not that much intergrated but gradually they are.So its them becoming Kenyan and not Kenyans becoming somali.
About their population?education levels are so low in north eastern.it has been shown birth rates drop with increase in education levels.So it can never get worse than what it currently is.Also,now some ills can be seen in that community,like porn,prostitution,adultery etc so it is experiencing a breakdown.Also gradually land ownership is shifting from communal to other forms.
they are becoming kenyan.kenya is taking over.
7)also,according to government plans,the future is in SEZs like isiolo,lamu,konza,turkana etc.here all kenyans have equal chances.
in summary,somalis are becoming kenyan.embracing kenya.Non somalis might feel threatened but things will balance out eventually.Even Somalia joining EAC will not result to a takeover as long as illegal activities are minimised since their are conditions.e.g just because kenya and tz are eac members does not mean kenyans have it free in tz.
