have you tried downloading the google play services apk from a direct link then manually installing?

You are into some real shit…anyway if the phone is rooted you can uninstall Google playstore completely then install the Esfilexplorer apk from any apk sites…lastly,download the playstore also as an apk and install it then give it system file properties using Esfilexplorer.That’s my amateur advice
