10 years ago 40k would get you a 43’ tv after kuzunguka Luthuli yote but now suprisingly with the same price you can get a 50 or 55’ tv. Nimeangalia hizi tv na nimeona vitron, TCL, Hisense have same price range.
TIP: Go for any smart tv that is not android utapata at very cheap price, then buy an external stick or box.

I stopped watching TV 10 years ago, tried YouTube HD on it and I couldn’t stand the ads. I daresay Google is subsidising the cost of these TV’s so they can play more ads in people’s homes.. which is expected of Google. They’re not making much money anywhere else.

I wouldn’t mind YouTube premium actually. I can’t stand YouTube ads at all.. very cheaply designed, female-centric and extremely annoying.

Sony is running Android and they’re some of the priciest TVs in their categories.
Kuna tofauti kati ya android tv na Google TV. If a company is partnered with Google they tend to increase the price of the Tv. A good example is Skyworth TV, they are a bit expensive than vitron but quality ya screen ni similar.
