Windows XP Media Player

Am looking for a media player that can play videos when minimised like windows media player used to do on windows XP. Its the coolest feature i miss on windows XP.Any links appreciated. Am currenty using windows 10.

all comp programs have that feature where you select “Always on Top” so they will be displayed on the screen always
