It seems movie fans have forgiven Will Smith after he slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars two years ago, and his latest movie appears to be an incredible comeback.
Smith became a Hollywood pariah when he stormed the Academy Awards stage to slap the comedian who had joked about his wife Jada Pinkett-Smith.
While Smith was banned from attending any Oscars events for 10 years, he has had no such bad luck at the box office.

His movie comeback Bad Boys: Ride or Die had a smashing weekend, making $104.6 million globally on its opening weekend, according to Box Office Mojo. It is already the 13th most profitable movie of 2024 after only opening on June 7.
The movie, directed by Adil & Bilall, sees Smith reunite with Martin Lawrence for the fourth installment of their popular cop movie franchise, Bad Boys.
