The price is not absurd because it is wiko highway! Touch screens are always absurdly expensive. Whenever it breaks you better regard that as a chance to upgrade to that other smartphone you always fancy!
If you had insured your phone, your screen would’ve been replaced at no cost. Needless to say that the cost of insuring your phone is three times less than the cost of the screen. Fanya hesabu

It is not paid per month. It is paid once every year. You pay an equivalent of 10% of the value of your phone. For example for a phone worth 20k you pay a premium of 2k. This covers damage like screen breakage or mouthpiece malfunction. It also covers loss and theft.

When you report your phone stolen they ask you to get a police abstract and block form from your mobile network. The latter renders your phone useless. You can not also claim more than twice in one year
