Why you are better off living in your rented apartment

Just be a developer and build your own house, it’s that simple, okay it’s not. There is this concept of cooperatives or chamas kind of thing, where by you pool resources and develop homes in a location you can’t afford as individuals and sell then to members at a reasonable price points. As some have rightly pointed out houses are largely emotional buys, numbers mean zilch.

Why would you rather buy your own car than use public transport and yet the related costs are on the extreme? If you execute your economic decisions from the foregone opportunities point of view then you might not be able to lead a life full of comfort and joy. The convenience and class that is affiliated with private amenities … the traditions affiliated with owning a property, “You have to woman/ man-up” kind of attitude that the society poses to the working class etc. This has seen the corruption levels of this man-eat-man society being used as a yard stick across the world. The bubble will however break at one point and that’s when the real estate scene which is at the moment lucrative will turn into a Babel!

when availability of credit/loan plus appreciation of property is considered, buying a house is a good deal since you have used money that you didn’t have in form of a loan and the property will appreciate after several years to offset the loan repayment doubling.

If someone has cash, building for themselves is the best option. If someone can be able to access a loan, both building and buying are good options.

You can pacify your middleclass ass that you are better off renting. Who said building houses is equivalent to income from rent. Wenye hujenga bungalow ocha na kurent nyumba ni 1k a month ni wajinga sana? This capitalist proletariat hand to mouth life has turned some people into zombies.
Its may also be cheaper and more convenient to buy pussy rather than marry. Enda fukuza bibi saa hii. Live my friend. And leave something for those who will come after you. Pesa ya kupeleka wapi???
