Why is it that pesticides are sprayed in the cabins of planes departing from Africa to other continents before takeoff, but this practice is not followed on flights returning to Africa? Or flights departing from any other continents?

A few years back on the Nairobi-Kigali Rwandair flights, they had started that nonsense then suddenly stopped, either cost or they saw the light. All in all I suspect forced vaccination agenda that @Ngimanene-Na-matharo has been disputing ever since, yet it’s China producing all the recent diseases that Africa is blamed for.
