•Uhuru Gardens will also have a makuzidunga tunnel where citizens can freely smoke Bangi and shash provided by GOK.
Ouru gardens was a very serene place to bum out, bask in the sun, enjoy the fresh air, take a walk, read a book, plane spot and basically while time away on weekends as you await the chaos and humdrum of of the work week. And for those that have challenges staying zipped up it was the favorite spot to drive in, roll up the windows, recline their seats, stick they key in the ignition and get down to business uninterrupted.
In other words the people behind this structure have ruined it; but if the explanation they gave for this construction is anything to go by, then this concrete edifice is definitely much better than the alternative.
