He clearly said nobody should tell him that they are speaking on behalf of President Uhuru. He can speak on his own behalf. Between them and him, he has been by the President side since 2002, ran two successful elections, lost one and currently running the government. He was with him that morning, they know what they are doing, planning and what they have agreed. He is here in his station speaking to the central base. Then someone will claim other imaginary things using his name. Prepare for the outcome.
