Plus the present generation is woke because of internet. Kenyatta owns some serious land acreage in Kenya. But since it was hived off those days of no internet and a small well fed population, it did not evoke the serious backlash grabbing has at the moment.
The other problem with Ruto (and MukoMeno) is that his appetite for wealth is off the charts. While Jomo Kenyatta grabbed like a cat, Ruto"s appetite for wealth evokes the mental picture of a hyena eating its prey while it is alive. Ruto seems determined to be the richest man in Africa (in the shortest time).
