Uwes kula giraffe. The meat is very chewy and stringy like miwa. Even dogs will not eat it. We had giraffe meat once and the dogs had trouble chewing. You will boil it for 12 hours and you still cant chew. Impala ni tamu sana. Lakini its not for everyone. A lot of people are used to mbuzi an ngombe and cannot stand the the very lean and slightly sweet (as in sugary) taste of antelopes, dik dik and impalas. Even the smell is different. So it takes training to eat it with ugali.
