It is plain common sense that anyone who was fleeing persecution or in danger of ther lives cannot be forced to return to their country of origin. A good example is the current stalemate between the UK Government and the High Court over forcibly sending Refugees and undocumented Immigrants to Rwanda.
As Gaza has internal Governance authority under the Palestinian Peoples Authority ( but currently more of HAMAS ) , any Palestinian can freely be repartriated there …
The reality is that , with the exception of those with dual citizenship or extended famlies in Gaza , most prefer the Peace , Tranquility and Prosperity of their various adopted residencies …
No smart , sane individual would leave the comfort and economic advantages of a place like Qatar to go and eke an existance in Gaza under the tender mercies of HAMAS …
