It’s so sad that us black folks across the world, whether in Bronx or Butere, can’t get the most basic thing right, having kids that you can adequately provide for so that they have a good shot at attaining a decent life in their lifetime. The dysfunction in Africa and everywhere the black man inhabits starts at the family level. Kids that grow in a stable home environment are miles head of kids who grow up with parents who’re struggling to figure out how to be functional human beings who can pay bills, resolve conflicts amicably, hold intellectually stimulating conversations at the dinner table ,and read.
there is more to it , your post is a shallow view of a complicated issue , i say this coz you dont point out how that family dysfunction came about ? …how the family dysfunction is kept alive and how it can be repaired… i also see the dysfunction doing damage in central kenya just as in america and brazil , africans need to sit and find a solution
