Who's fooling who?

One requires intensive investment on inputs while the other requires little or none. Our mbuta brothers should also lower the cost of mbuta,we are suffering!

Fish is not a staple food. Come on!

Ni soko huria. Kila mtu ataje thamani ya jasho lake kama huwezi nunua songa mbele.

I’ve seen guys along Dunga beach munch plain mbuta for lunch and supper. Some also teremsa boiled mbuta with some steaming-hot tea.

Then, unga should be retailing at Ksh 250 for maximum profits to be realised.

Umetumia logic gani hapo?

So the rest of us Kenyans should follow suit?

kuleni ugali wa mihogo

jaluos wapunguze bei samak na sio tafasari @hakimoto ata mimi angalau siku moja nikamate ugali mbuta buana ni geuze diet ya offcuts aisseeeh

Those fishermen on Dunga beach go out all night and sometimes return with 10 fish. 5 people. Fish count has been severely depleted in Lake Victoria the last 3 decades. That’s why a fish costs so much.

Inaitwa Kamongo (eel).

we need to rewrite the Lake Victoria boundary lines , hakuna vile Uganda can have 47% of the Lake , kama mbaya mbaya

Najua kamongo. Si kamongo hii nasema. Ni mbuta tu ya soon Moja

It’s usually dried. Si fresh. I think ni kama za China

Usilipe more than fixed price

In Nyanza, without 1k hakuna kuongelea mambo ya fish meal. Kuna jamaa alitusi mwenzake ati ana 1k na haitoshi omena, hajanunua unga.

Fish is cheaper in Nairobi than Kisumu. Lakini Busia and Homa Bay counties produce a lot of fish,
