Every American knows that overt and subtle racism is part of everyday life. 38 million Americans experience it everyday. There has never been a President who could say that he has experienced racism the way Obama has experienced it (including having to prove his very own citizenship!). This was a chance to tell the story from the inside, and to take firm steps to deter at least the overt kind of racism. He chose the easy path of least resistance. If he had at least tried and failed, he would have eased fears that he was not an “uncle tom”.

It wasn’t trump who ordered those sanctions, it was the congress, and he tirelessly tried fighting them, even going as much as convincing the GOP members against the tough sanctions. So, whatever sanctions you are talking about are not the work of Trump. He’s actually busy ‘unworking’ Obamas sanctions…
