I was in high school Kibaki years and life was pretty easy compared to now. Really it’s a cashflow problem but people have to bear with it with 65% of our taxes going to debts. Govt can’t do anything with 20% of taxes collected other than photoshoots (assuming 15% is lost to the usual corruption and such).

Quit whining.
