Govt officers, including drivers and governors, are given an allowance when they travel away from their station to cater for food and accommodation. It is not the governor’s duty to buy lunch for the driver, he should have collected his allowance from the county.

Where I live getting farmhands is impossible. And when you get them to work on the farm they demand 10 o’clock tea and lunch. Then they leave at 1pm ati their day is over. You pay 400 bob for that shit. And most times the bugger is standing kwa shamba mpaka crows think he is a tree.
