The Tanzanian government is clearly frustrated by the following this guy commands on Twitter. Kwanza the way he has a Kenyan flag on his Twitter bio makes me believe that he might be the perfect NIS recruit to wage information warfare on an increasingly assertive and hostile Tanzanian government.
