This guy is something else. His determination and approach, coupled with involvement, especially the high court, cannot be from his own volition considering he’s not even a lawyer. If it is, then he’s one genius. Me thinks he has powerful men behind him pushing and financing his every act. When he loses a case, who pays the court fees? Like now he has just lost a case against halting the verification of voter register by KPMG. Even before the dust settles, he’s presented another one against the multi-agency probe on papers of election candidates. Activist for hire perhaps?
My concern is how courts entertain him and rule on his cases in record time yet other cases pend for years.
Personally I don’t mind if he is for hire so long as he is seeking litigation to benefit the citizenry. Goons for hire to heckle and throw stones is what I am against.
His cases are given priority since he files them under certificates of urgency . he also takes on issues that require speedy determination since any delays may significantly affect the running of the country or the constitutional offices. Case in point this IEBC issue and and voter audit
most cases he handles are usually of public interest hence qualify to be placed under “urgent” cases. Besides hes usually well prepared with evidence etc…that’s my take
Western countries, Fund, Fund, Fund and lets African fight each political, socially, economically
He is smart
I am with you here. I am aware of an idea by some concerned lawyers to have him declared a "vexatious litigant’ so that he is banned from the courts.
Most of his cases are filed in the Judicial Review or Constitutional and Human Rights Divisions of the High Court to challenge excesses by the executive or constitutionality of actions taken or not taken by the executive. Many cases in those two divisions are concluded relatively fast compared to cases in the civil, criminal or commercial divisions. I doubt that the Courts actually give preference to his cases.
Pole boss leo ndio nimesoma jina yako vizuri @dingo_wa_ingoo coz I thought ni ding’oing’oo
The issues agitated in the Judicial Review and Constitutional and Human Rights Divisions of the High Court go a great length toward exposition of the Constitution, entrenchment of human rights and in general, the development of Kenyan jurisprudence.
At least that is what the Judges in those Courts think.
The trend, therefore, is that as a matter of practise, they do not issue any orders as to costs.
I understand that he has a whole “law firm” at the NSSF Building. His researchers compile the documents and frame the issues. He just does the presentation. He can’t manage man solo.
They rule in record time in order to help him and his backers shed their silly illusions and to allow the nation to move forward. Prolonged discussions of nonsensical motions must be avoided.
Ukitafuta vizuri utapata akina Maina Kiai, Gladwell Otieno, Mwalimu Mati, AFRICOG, Marsgroup na George Soros wamejificha huko nyuma.
Their seaaon has broken, time to dust off their money-making NGO’s, web-sites and causes.

He is a freelancer and works for the highest bidder. Remember the case he presented some time back against the KU VC regarding her retirement? Surely what interest would he have on a public university’s VC retirement and he is not in the university’s senate, he isn’t a lecturer or a student?..IMO he is just a sturbbon mofo
