White people inherit properties from their grandparents. Africans can't have some for their kids. for their kids.

Most white people inherit from the grannies so their have resources to start life early. And that’s how human race should operate.

WTF are you talkin about?

Niko poa…hiyo jina tho:D

He’s right. They rarely leave stuff for their children but do for their grandchildren. I used to work for a trust investment Co. 90% of grandparents were leaving properties and transferring wealth to the trust account or trusted trustee they set up for their grandchildren.

They used to set it up in very complicated “joinder agreement” that only “a state appointed attorney” could unseal the legal documents when the time comes ripe for them to tap those funds.

The kids would do the same to their grandchildren and on and on.

I remember there was one who said that his investment portfolio should be transferred to his only grandchild only and only if his grandchild would join peace corps, later military, and finally be a doc. Failure to accomplish this would mean that all the trust was to be transferred to a non profit organization for the disabled.

The boy aling’ang’ana , achieved all that after several years and was handed over a $2.3 investment portfolio and a beach holiday home somewhere. My assumption was that the grandfather wanted the kid to be disciplined, mature so that he could know how to handle those huge funds. He also stated that he wanted him to have a family ( meaning that if he turned gay then deal we off) so that the wealth could be transferred to his grandfather’s future generation.

Grandparents push grandchildren to success whereas my grandparents were busy spitting saliva on my face in the name of transferring blessings. I hated it and told my father how uncomfortable I will be if he tries those stunts on my little ones.

True for it is written in the holy Bible that a good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children…this is what Benjamin Zulu preaches day and night akiambia wasichana wasiolewe kabla hawajakafunga hence discouraging campus dating and getting married before 25 since nowadays there is gender equality

Funniest isht :D:D:D

you will be a chief spitter mark my words :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

hata mimi 60% of mali yangu itawekwa kwa Trust mpaka DNA certified granchildren wakuwe wakubwa .

every of my Kid lazima akuwe na minimum 5 DNA certified kids ndio apate inheritance ya hio 40% kama sivyo anapata 2% of my mali . ukiturn gay unapata 0.0001% of my mali .

as you know when i did my 3rd year LLB unit Family and succession unit, its not a must for inheritance to be equal if i died testate .

We only inherit SJ manenos

Mgisu hio testate ni nini? Ghasia kama @sludgist atafikiria ni testicle akiwa mahunters zake.

I don’t think there are trustees in Kenya. Trust was the best accounting unit. Kenyans use traditional means.

mkuuu , in law testate means i died having written a will. intestate means i died without a will

Huku the only things we inherit from grannies are our parents.:D:D

Lakini a will can be contested in the court. Ama utaweka clause whoever contest this will in a court of law forfeit his inheritance.

Some parents will make you bitter sometimes. Huku grandfather aliwacha shamba kubwa Uashingishu. Cousins wamepewa wakajenga mimi na bro tumenyimwa na mazaee eti ju alitushomesha. This is an ancestral land gadamit.
