Funny thing is white people have always been that way. Greeks and Romans used to ‘bathe’ using oil and a sort of skin scraper. In the medieval times even royals didn’t bathe regularly unless there was some special occasion like a wedding or feast. And in the Victorian era the elites used to powder themselves instead of taking baths.
