Is Uhuru first term better or his handshake term? In first term Ruto seemed to be in charge of the govt, in the 2nd term Matiangi seems to be the one in charge of the govt. All along it seems Uhuru is an incompetent guy who cannot run his own government. Which term was better for our economy, in terms of economy, job creation, and implementation of projects…?
First term there was someone launching phantom projects and carting money out of the government coffers, the second term, someone is trying to correct that anomaly therefore there is no basis for comparison.
