I would recommend the W124. Arguably the best Mercedes ever made!!! At least for the Kenyan market. Ask yourself why you still see so many on our roads… Solid body with awesome chassis, great longevity, fantastic engine - easy to maintain & with decent consumption even for a 1980s engine, the elegance that comes with driving a Merc and you can get one for about 500k. If u can get a well maintained one, u will be one lucky fella!

Driven the w124, 190E sport, the c200 new and older models, the and most of the E class series models you are spoilt for choice all are fantastic cars to drive although I don’t fancy the big steering wheels on the 124 and 190 so depending on your budget and by the way genuine mercedes parts ain’t cheap period so is service from reputable garage.
