Boss. Utamwaga pesa. First of all your daily calorie intake has to increase. Mtu kama wewe unafaa more than 2000 calories per day. So maziwa, nyama, mayai, whole grains lazima zikuje kwa diet. Make sure you have at least 3 solid meals and snacks in between.
Also work out. Build muscle mass by lifting heavy weight. Cardio ni ya watu wa slim possible.
Anza na hiyo routine and then get on the whey afterwards.

Everyone is different but the basics are applicable. Tweak here and there. All the information you need is in my previous post.
I should add that i work out before bed and have a glass of milk or yogurt before I turn in. Breakfast i have a full grain mixed oatmeal with milk. My cholesterol was high so I’d cut off milk but I lost weight so I went back to it. Milk is my main thing coz it’s quick and easy.

guys…stop wasting cash. just mix the following: for mass gainers:
1 egg, 1 banana, 1 or half teaspoon sugar and a glass of milk.
mix the above using blender and take 30 min prior to serious workout. it should be taken ONLY once a week.
combination also good for sex. 30 min prior.
don’t take twice per week unless you want to have your tie tied on your nose.
disadv: contaminated raw eggs can give you salmonella
for athletic performance
