Also where you school determines your fate. We have outliers but in rare occasions. The rest just flow. If you’re able, take your kids to the likes of nova near tatu city or any other level or higher school ,there they have higher chance of making it in life.
I am very sure most of talkers at 13 years old had never had of rugby, they were too preoccupied with passing kcpe .

At 13, nilikuwa najua tu football, boxing, karate and taekwondo.
Rugby, basketball, tennis, badminton niliijulia high school.

That niglet on the far right has a very pompous look about him

Karate na taekwondo difference ni nini?

Don’t stress, it’s really not a big deal. The only thing which makes a difference in this life is having GOD’s favor.

Do high IQ buddhists and hindus have his favour?

nataka nichange nipeleke Clichy hio BANDA SCHOOL , naweza pata 32k per year , saidieni elder .

@Yuletapeli

Talkers walikataa hii mambo…walisema watoto wapelekwe public schools…don’t waste your retirement kitty on niglets who will eventually abandon you and side with their mothers

Kuna tofauti ya hizo shule hapo juu and the average overhyped private schools zenye talkers husifu hapa.

Take your kids where your pocket can, but remember no fee can buy talent in private schools, or ‘toughness’ in public schools. Kama iko ndani yako itajitokeza tu, wherever you are. Ask the likes of Kipchoge.

God’s does not show up to people who don’t plan well and invest effort in getting things done.

Unajipea pressure mingi ya nini? Peleka mtoto mahali unaeza afford. Tulienda public schools that had no facilities and we turned out ok.

Aiih? Mimi nilijulia badminton primary juu mzae alituletea hizo rackets na shuttlecocks from Nairobi. Siku hizi naona watoto huko home ocha ni skating tuu na roller blades kwa tarmac. Hizo ndizo hazikuwa juu hakukuwa na tarmac huko ocha back in the day kama siku hizi huwezi tembea 1km bila kupata lami.

Hockey stick ilikuwa requirement ukiingia form one.

Kuna jamaa alisema ukizaliwa eastlands ushafail kwa life already

I agree. Take your kids where your pocket can afford. But usijidanganyena hio part two. You can train 12- 18yr olds to become anything. Talent is good but training facilities and personnel ni muhimu sana…uliza kenya rugby na watu wa harambee stars watakuambia their talent actually counts for nothing without proper training and conditioning.

No, hapana.

Mimi na boyz wengi sana tulienda shule za Kanjo eastlando, several of us tukaenda national high schools and we eventually reunited at UoN or majuu.

Most now have families of their own and none of them went back to settle down in Eastlands.

Agree. I am of the opinion that if you have a child it is upon you to monitor them through out; from the basic level of education and even by observing them at home to see their interests. Then be ready to always transfer them anytime to any institution (s) where there unique kind of talent can be nurtured. Teachers won’t encourage these transfers but it’s because your child is firstly and foremost a customer in their school. Kama hata unaona mtoto anahitaji break ya 2 years from class aende mahali apprenticeship, pea yeye. At age 25 you’ll have a learned person who has found their reason to be born, not just a person with certificates.

We have outliers…you, kidero, William Ruto, Gachagua, Atwoli, Aladwa.

Talkers like @mikel agreed that they’ve never seen a politician from any international school thereby international school alumni are failures.

Most Kenyan politicians are failures in real life…they hide behind politics after scamming and committing other crimes…Notice how many can’t hold a proper debate in the house?
