Talent is good but training facilities and personnel ni muhimu sana…uliza kenya rugby na watu wa harambee stars watakuambia their talent actually counts for nothing without proper training and conditioning.

Agree. I am of the opinion that if you have a child it is upon you to monitor them through out; from the basic level of education and even by observing them at home to see their interests. Then be ready to always transfer them anytime to any institution (s) where there unique kind of talent can be nurtured. Teachers won’t encourage these transfers but it’s because your child is firstly and foremost a customer in their school. Kama hata unaona mtoto anahitaji break ya 2 years from class aende mahali apprenticeship, pea yeye. At age 25 you’ll have a learned person who has found their reason to be born, not just a person with certificates.
