Correct. Syokimau is quite the place to be, if you want to be closer to town.
Kiambu is great too. We’ll definitely update you when our surveyor is done preparing our plots in Ruiru.

Hatuna any properties Kangundo road. Labda uchukue Syokimau, Athiriver, Konza, or Kitengela. Na wewe ukuje kwanza tukuonyeshe Kisaju.
Agree, in terms of Thika road. But land convenience depends on use though. Eg For drip irrigation farming, or a quiet settlement, we highly recommend anywhere in Kajiado.

None of the above. I prefer evergreen places like next to mt kenya forest where elephants trumpet and birds everywhere, signs of a healthy ecosystem. Only downside (for some) is, hakuna malaya.
Ulitoa wapi 10 acres huko, that entire area is owned by the Catholic church.
