What's Special About kenya Teachers?

I was almost shocked to my bones when my school’s director headhunted 3 Kenyan teachers for three different classroom teaching positions and she threatens to step even further.
I am the HR assistant and I have never seen anything like this…I said I haven’t seen anything like this because should have searched within.

Could it be that Kenyans have some of best teachers than the ones dropping their CVs here?

By the way, if you are a professional teacher in this forum, you might also be lucky to work with us someday.

Kenyans are a resilient lot. we are so good in anything we put our hands on, as long as it pays the bills we will show-up and give 110%. F*ck talent and training, its for wimps!
