At that price point, you are looking at low end phones. You wont get a decent phone at that price. Spec wise you will get the bare minimum. Devices in that price range are very limited. You have to contend with shitty devices like Tecno, Infinix and Itel.

Nunua refurbished phone hapo kilimall. Just 4k you will get an old oppo A57 with 64gb memory. It is more powerful than most 10-15k phones. Only downside ni android 6.
