The dieing man comes from a community where wife inheritance by the relatives is rife. He feared that if he died the inevitable would happen and all his successes and finances would either be wasted by the wife or become the property of the inheritor of the wife! The kids are young and their welfare would be at the mercy of the wife inheritor. Hence the decision to bequeath the friend the mandates of a trustee. But the friend was astounded and so he came to us seeking advice.

You guys are mostly looking at the sex part of it, the dying man just somebody to take care of his family, even if it means his wife being dwy fwyed by his friend. He is dying remember.
