Cause some few Luos let say 50 or 100 die through police bullet, and maybe some few Luhyas or Kambasa who could join the maandamano. Use the dead Luos and some few Kambas/Luhyas to negotiate a place in govt maybe nusu mkate or negotiate constitutional amendments.
Raila has seen his rallies are not impactful so next is for him to call maandamano in the cbd of Nairobi to disrupt people business and Cause the police to respond by spraying bullets and have some Luos and few Luhyas Kambas die so that Raila can up his stake I the negotiation table.
