American media has a way of creating “stars” that they claim to be the best in the world. UFC brings in the money just like most of the sports leagues in the US. However, the athletes are not “the best in the world.” NBA players are portrayed as the best but when US goes for world championships they are beaten with all their stars with the unknown athletes.
If UFC was a globally competitive sport, these so called champions would be beaten thoroughly.
