Here is my experience with this company:
Event 1: Sometimes this yr, I paid some cash to a wrong till. When I contacted them for reversal, they weren’t available at all. They simply can’t pick your call past 5. Na even when you use social media, they’ll take hours to reply, then ask you stupid questions that will make sure you give up.
Event 2: Someone lost her simcard in town. She wanted it replaced or blocked immediately since it was pinless. On contacting them, as usual they don’t pick calls past 5. Kwa social media they kept insisting they are calling back, despite the risk it carries, hadi following day when she went physically to one of their shops.
Convo. Isn’t this impunity? Ka ungekuwa unaibiwa and you want to prevent it from happening

This is in contrast to what happened to me sometimes ago - when collymore was the CEO. I was robbed at 7pm, called them at 9pm and they had my sim blocked.
Event 3: Today I had an issue and inboxed them my number. 2 min later, I received a call from someone purporting to be Safaricom customer care- using 0412020012. It’s the same way they robbed Andrew kibe few wks ago. Where did they get my phone number if not from safcom care inbox?
Is this company offering terrible services coz of this CEO of govt interference? What’s your experience?
If I go to buy airtime in my mpesa instead it buy airtime for another no. Inasend as cash.

I think rot is creeping into the security system. It will end with someone transferring peoples money into anonymous accounts or cryptocurrency wallets.

Line ya Airtel nmeiweka thao ya kusukuma na safaricom nimenunua messages za mwezi raundi hii watakula mia mbili tu.
Niliwatoka kitambo, from me they only eat Mpesa charges na mia tano once in 3/4 months or so when I buy non expiring bundles for days when I travel to areas where there is terrible airtel internet.
On mpesa its also quickly becoming shit, delayed messages, fuliza chooses when it wants to come thru…
Hio loyalty ndio sijui ilianza aje. Been having my saf line since 2006, so you find hio ndio namba inajulikana saidi. Nimekuwa na lines nyingi since times za Yu. Kwanza hizo nilikuwa na ka twenty, za orange now Telkom, Airtel hapa na pale but ile main ni saf.
Usiweke pesa nyingi kwa Mpesa. Wacha ikae kwa bank. If possible operate on minimal amount or even Fuliza… Safcom is full of thugs.
