What Happens?
Something worth, a minute or two of reflection
Something bound, to intrigue, one or two speculation
Is a man really a man, without a say in his own abode?
Can a man really submit, once in marriage, he’s piped aboard?
I invite you, with me to ponder and wonder
About this issue, that many a house, has torn asunder
This distress in society, to many, has become great agenda
An issue of moral concern, worthy the ear, of each attender
What really happens, when a man is no longer the man in his house?
Please, I beg, my lines of thoughts to share
A man is not a man, if in his house, his place, he is not aware
A man is not man, if in his house, his mind, to speak, he can’t dare
A man is not a man, if in marriage, with his wife, they’re not a pair
A man is no longer a man
Before the eyes of each and everyone
When in his own den
He is no longer the man
