Umoja landlords are doing very well now since they took advantage and built some highrise buildings.
Also they bought their houses very cheap.
Right now most of them are smiling all ze way to ze banks and have shifted to either leafy suburbs or have relocated to Kamulu Joska area and built their retirement homes on 1 acre plots.
Biashara za umo pia zimenoga sana due to high population.
For Buru to survive now, it has to take the Umoja route…but ti could be a bit too late.

The landscape of Nai has changed and not just Buru. Its was mido class in 70s up to 90s. Sikuizi mambo imebadilika. Just like Kile and Kilimani which was affluent when Buru was mido class. Sikuizi ni flats tupu uko.
