Our fast food intake is ok. Utapata most Nairobians eat such probably twice a month…but ugali/ veggies/ kanyama is very common on our tables.

you can’t claim to be health without giving us your statistics. people walk around thinking they are health, but once they get medical check ups, most are surprised. The so called health eating, maybe causing more harm to your body .
it’s not like life expectancy in Kenya is high ,after feeding on ugali , over a guy feeding on fast food.
