I wonder why she waited for almost two months to report that case. Women get raped every day, and rapists get jailed daily. In fact, the average woman will report the case the next day after the ordeal for the rapist to be arrested before he can flee.

Very tricky…the guys cannot deny because the lady is pregnant. DNA tests will reveal the fucker/rapist. The best they can do is to assert the intercourse was consensual and the lady only changed her mind when she realized she is paged.

A DNA test only proves who the father is. It is not proof of rape. The way I see it, the sex was consensual but the lady did not expect to get pregnant. This explains the 2 months time lapse between when they had sex and when she announced it. When she approached the guys claiming to be pregnant, none was willing to take responsibility. No man in his right senses would agree to such a pregnancy with a cheap whore. Don’t forget that she can use the child to milk the guy dry for child support. In this case, it will be almost impossible to prove rape occurred if there were no witnesses and no medical examination was done immediately after the rape to show traces of sperms, scratches, etc.

Exactly. If it is true that they fucked her, they have to come clean. But the lady can’t prove that the sex was not consensual. One guy will walk away with a damaged reputation. The other will walk away with both a damaged reputation and child support liabilities for 18 years.
