It can. Fridge needs 150w, microwave 1000w for a few seconds.

100ah battery can run a fridge for about 6 hrs

That is a 12V 200ah battery so it has 2400 Wh.
2400wh/150w=16 hours. And because the fridge cycles on and off to maintain the temperature it is on for 50% of the time so it can run for 32hrs.

Sio mbaya but battery capacity iko chini for many Middle Class people and their households 10kW ndio ideal
I pay a bill of 150kwh per month to Kenya Power which is 5kwh per day and this system would be perfect. The panels (6x570w = 3420w) would charge the battery in about 2hrs so rest of the day you use free power directly from the sun. Usiku is when you switch to the 5kwh battery which can run the fridge overnight plus lights, TV. No need to double the system to 10kwh and spend 480k.

Always OVERSIZE your system during the design phase. Kama requirement zako leo ni 5kW usiweke system ya 5kW. Kesho uta LETEWA a new device ama fridge kubwa battery na inverter zianze kupata joto.
