Weird calls

I have been receiving weird calls from weird destinations like this one from Dominican republic on my Airtel line na sina mtu najuwa from those sides…does this mean that I have been hacked?

I daily get around ten of those from around the world. It’s a scam. Just don’t call back. This game has been around for sometime.
