Weighty matters

I have been to gym for the last 1 year 3 days a week consecutively.I was 125kgs when I started am 122kgs now.Where am I going wrong.

Diet

Most probably diet. What exercise routines have you been performing?

Gym lot of aerobic,light weights and the ABS (Tumbo,stretching among others).

Was in the same train but jogging every weekday worked wonders.

An endormoph,but something can be done.Will change the way I train

Lift heavy and stop being a weakling and watch your diet

Rule of thumb;make sure you have at least 10 different vegetables in your meals,Do away with sweet drinks, and get a bike.

Will work wonders after 3 months you will have lost 10% of your current body weight.
