Hey guys I have this weight problem I want to deal with. While in high school I was very fit, used to play rugby, did 20 push ups like nothing. Back then I used to wear a trouser waist size 33, and weighed 68kgs. After high school that’s where I gained much weight since I was idle most of the time watching movies all day and doing nothing coz kusema ukweli sikuwa na company ya kuhang out with. Before entering campus I found out I had gained 10 kgs and weighed 78kgs and increased waist size from 33 to 35. Fast forward to today i have gained weight from 78 kgs to 90 kgs. I have even increased my waist size from 35 to 37. With this trend I see everything’s not going good. My mum has even urged me to look after my weight and I see its right coz at 90 at 24 is not so good looking at my height 5’6 it comes out that i am overweight.
Any better ways to reduce my weight…i would like to reduce to my previus weight at 70kgs…
Watch your diet eat good carbohydrates and increase proteins, vegetables and fruits.Do exercises start with light exercises like rope jumps,press ups,push ups and light jogging.You will be as fit as a fiddle in no time.
Putting on weight is not bad. Unless it is fat. If you are 90kg and have body fat of 10% then you are fine.
If it is fat, get more active, cut your carbs, eliminate processed foods especially those with sugar, try having high vegetable and protein meal before you sleep. Cut off all carbs before sleeping.
an easy solution is ni kuenda pale sabina joy purchase some high grade AIDS and let the virus do its job, you will be skin and bone in no time
Hii shida nime-observe na former rugby players. They eat a lot, but when active their metabolism is also high enough to, umm…metabolise those large quantities of food. When they stop being active they maintain their appetite, which leads to what you’re going through. @Bangaiza Salinga, @Grundy na wengineo, saidia OP na weight loss tips.
True words. OP sounds like he’s looking for an easy way out of the weight issue. There’s only one way out and he knows it. He has to develop discipline in his diet and exercise and eat less calories than he burns. There’s no other way out.
Ingia gym boss, in six months time you will have reduced over 20Kgs and converted the rest to fat, and don’t go to those posh gym, ingia ya mtaani where utaitwa mnyonge the first month and then mambo ibadilike iwe mzito.
Can we have a sample of your daily activities? Lets see what you feed on a typical day … by your stats 90kgs @5’6 & 24 is not good.
Good thing is you are young. Metabolism is still firing. I can recommend a few things to start you off. Lets see your diet, include everything you eat & drink
OP = @M2Random!
Heneway, listen here young man.
Having 90kgs is no problem, how much are you responsible for that weight?
Angalia Epl players like Lukaku, zlatan, Kompany, Yaya, etc hawa watu ni mandovu but weight yao wanaibeba bila struggle.

Niliwahi peana advice ya weight loss so tafuta hiyo thread and thank me later. But to summarize, ditch the gym. Haisaidii. Avoid carbohydrates. Kula as much as you can between 12p.-3pm…any other time ukiskia njaa, eat fruits hata kama ni mandizi. Let’s testimony after 6 months na uache kuwa midget. 5’6 is technically a midget
