I luv Brit humor and was 100% in when I started out with You’re The Worst, but then I got a bit confued when I realized they were working towards a “message”. Sometimes you just want a sitcom to be about the comedy and if they wanna pass a message, you assume it’ll be nuanced or something. They came hard with that "depression angle and I was lost for a bit but I still root for it - Imma give it 8.5/10

Woah… back up a bit! No spoilers. My last episode Gretchen is just slightly depressed and obsessing over another couple. I figured they span that across an episode or two. I wish they’d give Sam, Shitstain and Honey Nuts more screen time. I die every time those guys are on – even though they have no story, basically. I hope this series lasts as long as Scrubs did. Most like this get cancelled rather quickly. Better Off Ted…
I hope Concussion is not that bad. I’mma go in with low expectations, though hoping for a good story here. Oh, and psyched for The Grand Budapest Hotel. Everyone’s been telling to to watch this damn movie! Bowing to pressure.
The whole thing was building up to that. It isnt even one of the plot points. IT IS THE WHOLE PLOT! I think we’re at that place where people have to have something “real” in their sitcoms. It cant just be a sitcom where we laugh and go away. We have to laugh AND have something to think about.
