I have been trying very hard to understand how in .ke cars are bought and sold.
Coz in the zip code that I reside in things are a little different.
Case in point, my second car was a Chysler cirrus, it had 60,000 miles when I bought it.
At 80,0000 miles, it was time for an upgrade, so I went to trade it at one of the dealers.
I was told it had to be subjected to 130 or 140 point check up, and to my disbelief I was offered $150, against my expectations of $2,500.
Hence, my question. Clean as in what ? Ama ni mambo na paint job, cleaning the engine or how is it done ?

By the way how much can a Honda Stream RSZ 2008 or 2009 go for? asking for someone

Imetumiwa Kenya? If not, 1- 1.1 apo

hata kama imetumiwa kenya haina noma so long as in good condition, hiyo inaweza toka na ngapi?

I didn’t trade it in. It for another four year, then sold it for $500.00.
What am trying to ask, do we have a point check up/ mechanical system that can determine car’s worth in .ke. a scientific system to be precise.

Born and raised in Kiambu and Nakuru county.

you guyz in the states are lucky very easy to own a car from the outside looking in…

900k if lucky. Ubaya wa biz ya used ni hapo. You can buy kitu mpya kwa duka 20k na ukitoka nayo hapo nje kwa corridor ujaribu kuuza 18k bado haitapata buyer

Yeap, but cheap cars, especially American brand, end up costing you more money.
Honda, Toyota na Nissan are most preferred by African and Asian Immigrants.
Signature ya Mkenya ni Camry.
