I once housed a guy for seven months after he lost his job. He had promised even if he didnât get another job he would sell his vehicle and pay me. Once the fucker got well-off he abandoned me and moved out. I traced him to where he went and the man was rude as fuck. Those are Kenyans for you.

Think about it, the stones are there. The only cost is labor, and concrete. Letâs assume nyumba ni ya 10K a month. Ushapoteza 20K so far. Akienda tribunal akae another six months ya notice. Hiyo ni 60K. Cost of fundi ni 6k siku tatu, plus simiti 1500. At most you are looking at repairs of 10K compared to a loss of 60K

Itâs still cheaper than buying depending on your circumstances.
