I think it’s ngoroi,would be a very prime place to invest in, if only they could sort out the traffic madness further down in rongai town.
Following keenly, have always like that stretch past the river till kiserian and wouldn’t mind acquiring something there for resale several years down the line

What about security? Juu kuna stretch between Rongai and Kiserian kuna beautiful unoccupied houses juu wenyewe bought/build lakini week one ya kuhama gangs attack. Watu wa huko huwa na dogs kadhaa kwa boma foe security. Donno if situation changed

Interesting, didn’t know that bit, however that means someone can acquire the properties for a song then hold on to them for speculative purposes
It’s Nkoroi…The price depends on the proximity from the main road and the topography of the plot… security is not much of an issue but water…
I don’t know where Nkoroi is but on buying ready made houses,I think you need a good structural engineer to check on the work done,materials used and such stuffs.I have seen a flat where guys had to redo the finishes.
